Do I need any prior experience?
No experience required — just basic home improvement knowledge and a willingness to learn. Our one-week field training in Metro Detroit teaches you everything you need.
How does territory work?
We assign territories by county based on population. A larger county like Macomb supports up to 4 dealers; a smaller county like St. Clair supports 2. We protect your market — no two dealers in the same area.
What's the difference between Package A and Package B?
Both include training, certification, marketing materials, and ongoing support. Package A ($4,995) adds all tools and equipment. Package B ($2,500) is training only — you source your own equipment.
How do I order more materials?
All material orders go through Robert directly at $200 per kit. Simply give 48 hours advance notice and your kit will be ready. We recommend monitoring your supply and reordering before you run out.
How long does a typical job take?
Tub-only refinishes take 3–4 hours. A full bathroom takes a full day. An experienced dealer can complete 2–3 jobs per day.
Is coaching really available after training?
Yes — Robert Anderson is available to help you troubleshoot jobs, refine technique, or answer business questions. You are never left on your own.
